User Account Settings

To access your user account settings you need to go to Portable Screen>File>My CraigsPal Account.

Note: Any changes made in this screen have to be affirmed with your password if you want to save them for future reference.

Username: This is the only parameter which you are unable to change, as it is automatically setup with your payment.

Real Name: We personally don’t care what you put here, however, keep in mind that in case you forget your password, you will need to provide this detail in order to receive a new one, and it is your responsibility to keep track of this. Also, common curtsey and etiquette should dictate that you refrain from using any offensive language, swear words, racial slurs, etc, etc...

Birth Date: Again, honesty need not be the only policy, so you are free to enter any relevant information, but keep in mind, once again, that you will need to accurately reproduce this information in case of a lost password...

E-mail Address: You will use this address for all notifications and digest emails (putting in false information here would kind of defeat the purpose, but once again, it’s a free country...)

Mobile phone: Enter your phone number here if you would like to utilize the SMS notification function. Note that you do not need to enter any dashes or brackets (numeric only data) so instead of writing (111) 222-3333, simply type 1112223333. You also need to select your carrier from the drop-down menu.

To change your password, fill in the original, soon to be old, password in the Password field, and then enter your new password in the New Password field. Re-affirm your new password and then hit Save.
