Search Craigslist Housing

The goal: you’re looking to buy a house on the lake within Ann Arbor, Michigan area.

1. Set the title for your search (for example, “michigan house lake”)

2. Click on locations, our example is in Ann Arbor, MI, set any combination of locations. Press select button when finish location specification.

3. Press the Advanced Search button , in positive keywords (all these words) type "house lake". In unwanted words: field, write in “condo manufactured trailer",you may narrow it precisely to your price range example: up to 60000. After entering your specifications, press GO!

4. In the Category drop-down menu, select “housing”, sub-category "real estates - by owner"

5. Press the Start Search button.

6. After closing the search by pressing the  button in the top right corner of your search result screen, your search is automatically saved in the portable screen, and is automatically set to search for new results when you start CraigsPal©. As soon as new postings are found by CraigsPal©, your saved search will be highlighted with a yellow background. Double-clicking the search will open the search results screen with all the new results highlighted yellow.
