• Before you write to us, please make sure that your problem can not be solved by using information from the FAQ page (mostly before purchase), the How CraigsPal Works page, and the Help page from CraigsPal member version (open portable screen, click on button Help)
• We will usually send a reply to your inquiry within a few hours, however, it is possible that we might be delayed from up to 24 to 48 hours.
• If you have not been contacted within that time period, please be patient (ex. your mailserver if blacklisted) and contact us again (you would use different mailserver than).
